Kisspeptin-10 (5mg–10mg)
Description & mechanism
Kisspeptin-10 is a decapeptide corresponding to residues 112–121 of kisspeptin-54 (metastin), the endogenous ligand of the GPR54 (KISS1R) receptor. It is used in research to study KISS1R signalling and hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal axis regulation in cell-culture models.
Applications in research
- KISS1R (GPR54) receptor activation and signalling studies in vitro
- GnRH-neuron signalling model research
- Reproductive-axis peptide signalling experiments
