All products sold by PepKing are furnished strictly for in–vitro laboratory studies and research purposes only. Bodily introduction of any kind into humans or animals is strictly forbidden. These products are not drugs, medicines, foods, food additives, cosmetics, or supplements, and have not been evaluated by any regulatory authority for such uses.

This policy governs every product we list. It explains what our products are, how they must be handled, who may purchase them, and the terms you accept by ordering.

What these products are

Laboratory reagents, not consumer goods

PepKing products are unlicensed chemical substances (peptides and related compounds) supplied as laboratory reagents for use in bona fide in–vitro research, analytical, and educational settings. They are supplied without any representation that they are safe or effective for any purpose in or on the human or animal body.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition, and are not intended to affect the structure or any function of the human or animal body.

Qualified buyerResearchers, laboratories, and trained professionals acquiring materials for legitimate research use

AgePurchasers must be of legal age in their jurisdiction and authorized to enter into this agreement

Lawful purposeProducts must be used only for lawful research purposes permitted in the purchaser’s jurisdiction

ComplianceThe buyer is responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, or approvals required to purchase, possess, import, or use a product

What you may not do

By purchasing, you agree that you will not:

introduce any product into the human or animal body by any route;
use any product for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical purposes;
use any product as or in a drug, medicine, food, food additive, dietary supplement, or cosmetic;
resell or transfer products to any person who intends such uses; or
use products in any manner that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Handling guidance

Working with research reagents

The following describes standard laboratory handling for lyophilized peptide reagents. It is general laboratory guidance, not a protocol for any application, and does not constitute dosing or usage instructions of any kind.

ReceiptInspect the vial and batch ID against the published Certificate of Analysis before opening

WeighingHandle the lyophilized powder using appropriate laboratory PPE; weigh in a clean, dry environment

ReconstitutionDissolve in a suitable sterile laboratory diluent to the concentration required for the intended in–vitro study

Sterile filtrationWhere sterility is required, filter through a 0.22 µm laboratory filter

AliquotingAliquot to avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles and cross–contamination

StorageStore as specified on the product and COA; long–term storage is typically at −20 °C

DisposalDispose of unused material and waste in accordance with your institution’s chemical–waste procedures and local law

Verification & documentation

Batch IDs and Certificates of Analysis

Every batch is third–party tested (HPLC + mass spectrometry). The Certificate of Analysis is published on our site, and the batch ID is printed on the vial so you can verify what you receive. This documentation supports genuine laboratory–grade sourcing and quality control; it does not constitute a representation that any product is fit for use in or on the body.
