How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, choose the quantity you need, and send the pre-filled order message through WhatsApp. We confirm availability, shipping, and payment details in chat before dispatch.
How does payment work?
Orders are handled over WhatsApp. We confirm the order and agree the payment details directly with you there. We do not collect or store card details on the website.
Can I order one vial?
Yes. There is no minimum order; you can order a single vial or add more units as needed.
Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after confirmed payment. Transit time depends on the destination, carrier, and customs handling. Tracking is shared once the parcel is dispatched.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside.
Where do you ship?
We ship to EU destinations where import is permitted. You are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, clearance requirements, and for confirming the products can lawfully be imported where you live.

Can I return a product?
Sales are generally final after dispatch. If a parcel arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or contains the wrong items, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the products, packaging, and shipping label.
