Description & mechanism
Sermorelin acetate is a synthetic fragment of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1–29). It is used in research to investigate GHRH-receptor activity and the regulation of endogenous growth-hormone release in endocrine cell models.

Handling, reconstitution & storage
Reconstitute the lyophilized solid in sterile water or bacteriostatic diluent to the desired working concentration; mix by gentle inversion and avoid vigorous agitation or repeated freeze-thaw. Sterile-filter (0.22 µm) if aseptic use is required, aliquot into single-use volumes, and store reconstituted material frozen at -20 °C.
