Description & mechanism

VIP (vasoactive intestinal peptide) is a 28-amino-acid neuropeptide that acts at the VPAC1 and VPAC2 receptors. It is used in research to study neuropeptide signalling and immune-cell and vasomotor responses in cell-culture and tissue models.

Handling, reconstitution & storage
