GHK-CU (50mg–100mg)
Description & mechanism
GHK-Cu is the copper(II) complex of the endogenous tripeptide Gly-His-Lys, which has high affinity for Cu(II). It is used in research to investigate copper-peptide biology, including effects on extracellular-matrix remodelling and cellular signalling in skin-cell models.
Applications in research
- Copper-peptide signalling in fibroblast and keratinocyte cultures
- Extracellular-matrix and collagen-related gene-expression studies
- Metallopeptide interaction and binding research
