Ipamorelin (5mg–10mg)
Description & mechanism
Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide growth-hormone secretagogue (GHRP) that acts at the ghrelin (GHS-R1a) receptor. It is used in research to study ghrelin-receptor signalling and the regulation of growth-hormone release in endocrine cell models.
Applications in research
- Ghrelin (GHS-R1a) receptor activation studies
- Growth-hormone secretagogue signalling in pituitary models
- Appetite- and energy-related pathway research
