Description & mechanism
TB-500 is a synthetic preparation based on fragments of thymosin beta-4, an endogenous actin-sequestering peptide. It is used in research to study actin dynamics, cell migration, and angiogenesis in cell-culture and tissue models.

Specifications
Handling, reconstitution & storage
Reconstitute the lyophilized solid in sterile water or bacteriostatic diluent to the desired working concentration; mix by gentle inversion and avoid vigorous agitation or repeated freeze-thaw. Sterile-filter (0.22 µm) if aseptic use is required, aliquot into single-use volumes, and store reconstituted material frozen at -20 °C.
